I used to strongly dislike going to this Starbucks as it would often regularly take upwards of 20-25 minutes in the drive-thru. I have left their line several times due to time constraints, however they are the most conveniently located one for me to visit. Since they closed down and reopened it has been like a totally different store. The staff is friendly and on top of it! There's been such a huge difference in service over the last several months. As others mentioned, keep your windows up if you're adverse to bees. There are a lot of them nearby.

This is my go to Starbucks and if I need to drive a little extra to get my coffee from here or wait additional time, I do just that. They ask me how my day is going, how I’m feeling, where I’m headed, and wish me the best for my day if it’s starting or check on me if it’s ending. Although it’s not something they’re required to do, they still choose to do it. Their attitude just makes me laugh a little more and I’m grateful for people like that not only for myself but for every customer who experiences the same. Sometimes we’re having one of those days. Kindness goes a long way. Quality is excellent as well. I know my coffee will be great here. I just love it. I love to stop by and I love to see the same faces sticking around. The manager and a relatively new face (I’m not certain on the name, I have to check) she has curly back hair. So sweet. Just some people that stood out recently but in general I truly have an amazing experience with everybody.

The most amazing experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks! Whoever was working the drive-thru window on Sunday, October 12th around 11:30 AM was an absolute gem. She was so kind, funny, and completely turned my whole day around. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of her alone!

hands down best starbucks in the north naples area. most amazing drink and fastest service i’ve experienced considering its high season and red cup day (everyone seems to show up this day) very busy but had my order in my hands after maybe 5 min of waiting.

Not my favortie drip coffee always taste burnt compared to D&D. However I do like the morning buns warmed up and black and white mocha hot

Went through the drive-through on Tuesday, September 23. Jaiden and Mia were absolutely fantastic. Very professional, but also bubbly and kind and made the entire experience a true pleasure. We ordered three drinks and three bakery items. They all came out perfect and were delivered with a smile. Starbucks is truly lucky to have two individuals who actually enjoy their job and put pride into their work. Don’t let those two go they are a true Gem.
